Our Founder and Principal, Christy Lillie, spent more than 20 years leading digital banking and payments products at JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. She helped launch Zelle and oversaw products serving tens of millions of customers. Her work reducing fraud and scams on major payment networks protected millions of Americans and prevented hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. She also served on the Zelle Advisory Committee, helping shape the fraud and strategy roadmap for one of the country’s largest payment networks.
