Our founder, Christy Lillie, spent more than two decades leading digital banking and payments at JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, helping launch Zelle and overseeing products serving tens of millions of customers. Her work reducing fraud and scams on major payment networks protected millions of Americans from criminals and prevented hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. She also served on the Zelle Advisory Committee, helping shape the fraud and strategic roadmap for one of the country’s largest payment networks.
